Prompt: Enraged by a conflict with a former friend, a gossip columnist becomes the subject of a documentary film.

Thanks to The Amazing Story Generator for this fun prompt!

Here we have the conflict, the main character, and the action. This could be realistic or speculative fiction. There's a great opportunity for emotional exploration and arc. What would you do with it?

I'm neck-deep in two big editing projects, so I'm neither reading nor writing tonight. This was what I almost wrote about - managing time to do all the things we *need* to do, and still make time for all the things we *want* to do. Sometimes I am better at this than others. Sometimes, it all seems to converge at once. This is one of those weeks.

Tomorrow, I'm very excited about my first guest blog with Faith Hunter, including a giveaway raffle for her new book, Broken Soul, coming out Oct 7th! So be sure to check back tomorrow to learn more about the next adventures of one of my favorite kick-ass heroines, Jane Yellowrock!

The light of the universe that shines within me recognizes
the light of the universe that shines within you.

  2. I'm pretty bad at managing time for my need-to-do, much less getting to the want-to-do... Although scraping out even just 10 minutes writing in the evening (20 today!) makes me feel like I'm doing a litle something.
